Chanukah for Ceasefire

Please join us on December 7th as we mark the first night of Chanukah, which falls exactly two months after the horrific October 7th attacks. We will gather to light candles, mourn the thousands of Palestinians and Israelis who have been killed in the past two months, and raise our voices in prayer for a #CeasefireNOW, the release of all hostages, an end to occupation & apartheid, and a just future for all.

Access note: This is a family-friendly event held outdoors. We will be offering hand warmers, hot chocolate, and donuts. The space is wheelchair accessible, and there will be a mask-mandated area, as well as limited seating. There will also be a livestream for those who are unable to join us on-site.

Co-organized by Rabbis 4 Ceasefire, Jews For Racial & Economic Justice, and Jewish Voice for Peace-NY, IfNotNow-NY, and Shoresh.
