Jews4BlackLives: Brooklyn 7/28

After last week's powerful action, let's keep building momentum! Join us this Thursday as we hold a vigil and action in support of police accountability and the Movement For Black Lives. RSVP here! Last week, JFREJ's Jews of Color Caucus and our Campaign For Police Accountability announced a month of Jews4BlackLives actions. In the Three Weeks leading to Tisha B'av we will mourn those lost to police violence around the country and express our outrage over attempts to stall police reform in New York City. We will take to the streets with singing, ritual, powerful speakers and righteous anger. Hundreds turned out for our first Thursday but we need you to keep the pressure on! Show up for racial justice this Thursday and stay tuned for the next two week following. If you would like to help with planning, outreach or coordinating, please contact leo@jfrej.org. If you would like to attend and have questions about accessibility, please contact rachel@jfrej.org
