Jews of Color Storytelling Picnic

Please join us Sunday, 8/16 for a Jews of Color* Storytelling Picnic in Prospect Park jointly presented by Jewish Multiracial Network (JMN), Kolot Chayeinu and Jews For Racial & Economic Justice (JFREJ). We will eat, have fun and get to know each other and our communities in a deeper, more powerful way through telling our stories. We hope to see you there! Sunday, 8/16 1-3pm Potluck Picnic Location: Prospect Park near the Picnic House Please RSVP at the event page here Call Leo at 718-419-4784 on Sunday if you need help finding the exact location. *Who is invited? The picnic is suggested for Jews of Color approx. ages 15-and up. The programing is for Jews of Color, however non-Jew of Color spouses, partners and friends are welcome to join us in the park. Because the event is centered around Jews of Color we think this isn't the right space for White parent of JoC adoptees, but please let leo@jfrej.org know if you have any questions. Please bring a dish to eat — whatever you want to or are able to eat. We will provide labels so that folks know if the food is kosher/has allergens/is vegetarian, etc. If you forget or are unable to prepare food, please come anyway! We love you.
