Kibitz Against the Cuts: a Queens JFREJ Meet-up

Here at JFREJ, we love to build community by kibitzing! We also love to build community by caring for our neighbors and each other. At Kibitz Against the Cuts, we are going to do it all: convening, kibitzing, and taking action for #CareNotCuts in this year’s New York City budget. Our fight against Mayor Adams’ proposed cuts to vital public resources — from libraries to parks to schools to arts programs to elder care and workforce development — is a fight for a caring city where all New Yorkers are safe and thriving with the resources they need.

Come have a drink and a snack with your fellow Queens JFREJers repping Elmhurst, Jackson Heights, Bellerose, Douglaston, and all the neighborhoods in between. This bar has an outdoor dining shed with tables and chairs where we will hang out. Members are encouraged to wear masks whenever not eating or drinking. Please take a rapid test the day of the meet-up!
