For over one year, JFREJers have been holding down daily courtwatch shifts at immigration court in lower Manhattan. We hand out know-your-rights information, connect people to legal support, and bear witness in solidarity with immigrant New Yorkers. We also hand out snacks and coloring books to children stuck for hours in hallways lined with ICE agents as they wait for their parents’ names to be called.
Can you donate to cover the cost of snacks and coloring books for children in immigration court?
